What makes it so unique is its size… Steiff only produced 3 inch rattle bears, just the right size for a toddler’s grip. This rattle bear is twice as big—nearly 10 inches tall! It is believed that it was produced as a special request for a customer, perhaps as a novelty or window dressing item. Steiff's Strauss EAN 668494 is fully jointed, made from pure white alpaca, and comes with a leather studded collar. Features a rattle inside bear.
