In 1981, Rita Raiffe, Gund's Director of Design introduced Snuffles, a sweet huggable bear and the only bear designed that when you hug him he looks straight into your eyes. For the past 25 years, Snuffles has been a Gund award winning icon. Snuffles was featured in the company's first consumer ad campaign that launched the phrase "Gotta Getta Gund."

Snuffles is made from soft white plush with a white snout, black eyes and brown nose.
