Shipping

Domestic

Free shipping is offered on orders of $100.00 or more.

Domestic / International Information

Free shipping may not be offered on sale items discounted more then 20%.

Free shipping method is of our choice. Overnight, express or any other type of express shipping is not part of our free shipping program.

We reserve the right to not offer Free Shipping on oversize items or bulk quantity purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse free shipping when shipping companies are charging additional pricing. Example: Delivering to a rural area or when we are charged additional freight fees in cities. In these circumstaces we will always alert the customer.

If their is ever a problem, we will always contact the customer.

International

International shipping rates of purchases of $250 or more are subject to free shipping and to any and all of these clauses. We consider AVERAGE shipping rates internationally to be $25-$40. Shipping rates which exceed $30 for Sunny Bears, we reserve the right to charge (shipping rate) - $30. If it costs Sunny Bears $35.00 to ship your item, then your charge for shipping is $5.00.

Other Info

We reserve the right to refuse free shipping and will always alert the customer of potential problems.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will have 5 days from receipt to call for a return authorization. Custom orders may not be subject to return and we request you call us if you have conerns about an item. Shipping costs will not be refunded. You will be responsible for the shipping and insuring of the items to be returned to Sunny Bears.

Layaway / Payment Plans

Sunny Bears is VERY flexible and should be able to meet your layaway needs. Please call us to setup your layaway. Layaways are non-refundable.
